Tom McGuire brings over fifteen years of experience from all angles of the contract furniture industry to WorkSpaces LLC. He worked with Chasens Business Interiors, a Herman Miller dealership, from 1994 to 2000 during which time he was recognized as the company’s top producer. In addition to handling the demanding U.S. Department of the Treasury account, he successfully completed prestigious projects that included the Secret Service Headquarters Building, the Peace Corps Headquarters Building, and the Army Corps of Engineers Headquarters Building. Tom left Chasens after serving as Director of New Business Development in 2000 to pursue career opportunities with Knoll in New York City. As a manufacturer’s representative, he utilized all resources available to him from multiple disciplines, allowing him to facilitate and oversee projects from start to completion. He also called on small-to-medium sized design firms during his time with Knoll.
Tom’s ability to listen and to translate ideas, desires, and project requirements learned from meetings with clients into reality have resulted in a highly satisfied client base for projects of all sizes. In 2006, Tom founded WorkSpaces LLC as a model dealership, unique in every right—based on knowledge, experiences, and lessons learned from an extensive, impressive career in the industry. In just five years now, the firm has seen unparalleled growth in every way possible: including personnel, commercial sales, government sales, project-driven business, account-driven business, and design firm-driven business.
Tom received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree concentrating in finance and international marketing from LaSalle University and has a degree in Business Management from DeSalles University.

Adrian Massiah

Adrian started his career in the contract interiors industry in 1995 at Chasen’s Business Interiors where he served a diverse range of clients including the American Chemical Society, DynCorp, and Lockheed Martin. In 1999, Adrian left Chasen’s to join Milliken & Company as a manufacturer’s representative in their contract carpet division. In that role, he worked extensively with the A&D community, end-users, and distributors, which provided him with a broad knowledge of the industry and experience to be able to manage projects successfully. His clients included firms such as IBM, Verizon Communications and Navy Federal Credit Union as well as several local, state, and federal government agencies.
Adrian is a native of the Caribbean nation of Trinidad & Tobago, growing up there and also in London, England. He moved to the United States in 1989 to attend the University of Pennsylvania where he studied Economics and History.
Adrian is one of the founding partners of WorkSpaces LLC and played the role of a consultant to the organization before joining full-time in January 2010 as its Chief Operations Officer.

Bronwyn E. LeGette

Bronwyn, one of the founding principals of the WorkSpaces Baltimore team, is the primary new business liaison with the A&D community and end users alike. She brings over 15 years of sales, new business development and client service experience in the contract furniture industry.
Bronwyn began her career as an Account Executive at American Office, the largest Herman Miller dealer in the Mid-Atlantic region more than 10 years ago, where she was frequently recognized as one of their top producers. Afterward, she served as a Furniture Consultant to a select group of clients prior to moving on to a similar role at Price Modern, the largest Haworth dealer in the area.
Bronwyn consulted for and created a strong relationship with many of the areas leading companies, including Digex, Planit Advertising, TBC Advertising, Wells Fargo, Under Armor, Procter & Gamble and FTI Consulting.
Her desire to create a better experience for both her clients and the A&D community brought her to WorkSpaces, where her “do it well, or don’t do it at all” approach to the furniture industry has found a home.

Andrea brings to WorkSpaces LLC over 18 years of experience in the commercial design and architecture industry. She is one of the founding principals of the Baltimore office, and her primary responsibility is to promote a strategic approach to projects that will lead to design innovation and excellence for each client.
She has worked for architectural & design firms Gensler and HOK, in the United States and Europe. Her project experience ranges from law firms and financial institutions to government agencies and entertainment companies. Recent projects include T. Rowe Price’s Financial Campus in Owings Mills, Maryland, and FTI Consulting in Chicago, Illinois.
Andrea compliments projects through her strategic view and promotes complete business solutions for workplace environments. Her background and knowledge in developing global workplace standards, strategic programming, schematic design, design development, millwork and construction detailing, allow her to be a true asset to the client and A&D community.

J.W. Radabaugh

J.W. Radabaugh joins the Workspaces team as a Principal and Sales Team Manager for it’s new Baltimore location.
He has worked for the past 16 years as a designer, project manager and account executive for several area firms and dealerships. J.W. holds a bachelors degree in Interior Design from WVU.
For the last 10 years he was employed with Price Modern Inc. as an account executive, designer & project manager. His varied client base during this time included University of Maryland Medical Systems, Old Mutual Financial Network, Bozzuto Real Estate, Carefirst, Lockheed Martin, Tessco Technologies, Raytheon and many others.
For the six years prior to his long and successful tenure at Price Modern, he held a position as a design manager for the State of Maryland. During this time he was responsible for developing and managing a team of designers/project managers who oversaw several “high profile” capital furniture projects. These projects included the University of Maryland, the Maryland Stadium Authority & the Governor’s office.
Although J.W. is currently a senior sales executive, he always approaches a project from a design and project mgmt perspective first. With his extensive skill-set and forward thinking spirit, he is excited to help establish and develop the Baltimore team under the Workspaces mantra of “Service by Design.”

Mike Shisler, LEED AP

Mike has been an Account Manager with WorkSpaces LLC since 2010. He graduated from Temple University with a 5 year Bachelor of Architecture degree and while there, was co-captain of the Temple Rowing Team. His studies also took him abroad for a semester in Rome, Italy.
Prior to joining WorkSpaces Mike spent several years in commercial architecture firms working towards his architectural registration and gained his LEED accreditation. Here at WorkSpaces, Mike is excited to employ skills he gained from his years in architectural firms. In addition to his professional experience, Mike designs and builds architectural installations and furniture through his spare-time side project, Limonata Design.
As a full time member of the Baltimore team with J.W. Radabaugh and Valerie Morris, Mike assists in delivering quality design services and reliable service to their clients.
On the weekends Mike looks forward to biking, hiking, snowboarding, working on his rehab Baltimore row home or generally never sitting still.

Valerie joined WorkSpaces as an Account Manager in October 2010 as our first team member with the opening of the Baltimore office. She has an A.A. Degree in Interior Design, and brings 13 years of professional experience to WorkSpaces with a concentration in interior design and project management.
Her extensive experience in the commercial furniture industry in all phases of design sales coordination and project management allows her to recognize the benefit of the unique team structure offered by WorkSpaces. Valerie has consistently been recognized throughout her career for her attention to detail and her ability to exceed client expectations.
Outside of work Valerie enjoys checking out the local music scene and cheering on her hometown teams, the Orioles and Ravens.

Kerry Flanagan

Kerry joined the WorkSpaces team in January 2011 shortly after graduating from the Interior Design program at West Virginia University. As a student of a CIDA accredited program with an international focus, she was not only part of a competitive, hands-on curriculum but also had the opportunity to travel abroad and expand her studies at Lingnan University in Hong Kong.
Since graduation, Kerry has worked in residential design to broaden her interiors skills and also gained sales and customer service experience which will prove to be an invaluable asset on commercial projects. She is thrilled to launch her career in commercial design with WorkSpaces' dynamic, enthusiastic team of talented people.
In her spare time Kerry enjoys traveling, boating, and playing with her yellow lab, Taz.

Merrick L. McGraw

Born in California and raised in Indiana, Merrick McGraw joined the WorkSpaces LLC, Baltimore office, in the spring of 2011 as a Designer just after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design through Purdue University. Her arrival in Baltimore completes her cross country adventure at a very young age.
Prior to WorkSpaces, Merrick interned at a firm specializing in healthcare design.
In her spare time, Merrick enjoys being around her family and friends. She is a sports fanatic. Between cheering on the Indianapolis Colts, playing volleyball, softball and working out at the local gym, she stays very busy. She also enjoys traveling in the US as well as abroad. She recently had the opportunity to live in Australia for four months and experienced their culture and design features throughout the country. Photos of unique architecture, landscape, design, family and friends document her passion for life.
Merrick’s one vice: shoes, at last count, she has over 100 pairs.

Alexandra has a sense of humor that is just as prominent as her work ethic. Her trademark giggle can fuel a positive and proactive work environment, making a Monday morning the new Friday afternoon.
With a Bachelor's degree in Advertising Design from SCAD, this Miami-born, Connecticut-native takes pride in everything she does, from rooting for a franchise that has yet to win a Super Bowl since '73, to diligently working on a project into the late hours of the night in order to get everything "just right."
Coming to WorkSpaces LLC from a top advertising agency in the Northeast region, Alexandra’s experience with designing and copywriting helps advance her marketing skill set. She continues to utilize her passion for visual and verbal communication on a daily basis as a proactive member of the WorkSpaces team. Her ambition drives her to take on a challenge, and she can find a clever solution to any creative problem that comes her way.
In her free time she enjoys sketching, stimulating conversations, and the occasional hot wing-eating contest.

Paul Bescher

Paul recently graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising from SCAD (the Savannah College of Art and Design), in Savannah, Georgia. Paul’s studies focused on branding, graphic and web design, Integrated Marketing Communications, business, copywriting, and creative concepting. While in school, Paul was one of twenty students chosen to represent SCAD in the National Student Advertising Competition – a year-long campaign research and planning competition.
While in Savannah, Paul served as Advertising Coordinator for a boutique ad agency/print shop, where he consulted on design work and maintained client relations.
A native Floridian, Paul loves the beach and the sunshine; however, he is just as happy being inside cooking for his family and friends, or playing with his Pug, Pugsley. A true artist at heart, Paul always tries to find time to express himself, even if it’s something as simple as a doodle on his calendar.

Tracey Gross

A rare native Washingtonian, Tracey left the city for three years to attend The University of Pittsburgh, but returned to Washington to complete her double bachelor’s degrees in business finance and economics from the University of the District of Columbia.
After graduating college, Tracey worked in the accounting department of the Washington area’s only flooring distributor that specializes in environmentally friendly flooring. She joined WorkSpaces LLC’s team in January 2010 to take on the responsibilities in the accounts payable and receivables department.
Tracey enjoys starting the day early at the driving range. While she doesn’t consider herself the greatest golfer, she finds early mornings at golf course to be extremely peaceful.
